Lappish Cuisine experience

Cook reindeer stew with local herbs & berries


Step into a cozy Lapland home kitchen and become the guest of a warm local hostess.
Together, you’ll learn to prepare an authentic Lappish meal— tender reindeer stew with creamy mashed potatoes and traditional side dishes, cooked the way locals have made them for generations.

You’ll receive the recipes to take home, so you can recreate the taste of Lapland wherever you are.

Bring your own favorite drinks — your guide will gladly help you select suitable wines from the local shop if needed.
All ingredients for the meal, as well as water, coffee or tea, are included in the price.

For those with a sweet tooth, you can add a traditional Lappish dessert:
✨ Whipped lingonberry porridge with cream— available for a small extra fee of €15.

Your adventure begins with a safety briefing and e-bike orientation. Once equipped, you’ll glide through winter wonderlands, past snowy forests and along pristine riverbanks, powered by smooth and easy-to-use electric bikes.

Throughout the ride, your guide will share stories of old Lappish life, local folklore, and insights into the region’s unique ecosystem. You’ll pause at scenic viewpoints to take photos and breathe in the crisp Arctic air.
